Another adaptive reuse project of an existing office block into mulit unit residential apartments. 
As we usually aim to keep as much of the existing structure this project retains the load bearing concrete structure.  While reusing up to 75 % of the demolished structure, including masonary and rubble for the new floors.

The building consists of four floors, of 15 apartments.  Each apartment is a bespoke design incorporating the abundant natural light  afforded to the site.

A central courtyard provides a green space with a quadruple volume living green wall. 
The building will utilize green building practices to best achieve a high energy efficiency rating.
